Black mental health matters
I started caring about black mental health to save black lives and raise black awareness about this issue. Mental health affects everyone, but it’s different in our community. The black community does not take mental health seriously at all and largely ignores it. It’s time to start having conversations about mental health in our homes. My mission with my brand is to save young black lives and give them hope.

Our goal is to spread awareness and help end the stigma. More of us would seek help if there wasn’t such a stigma surrounding mental illness and addiction. As recovering addicts who have struggled with depression and anxiety for years, we’re here to tell you that you have nothing to be ashamed of. Your mental health matters, your life matters, you matter. Be kind to yourself and others. You never know what someone is struggling with.
