It’s time for the Lady Behind the Curtain dessert challenge! This month’s challenge was to use pumpkin and cream cheese to create a unique dessert…(Helleme.com recipes food health) and I decided to step out of the dessert box and make Pumpkin Spice Cheesecake Enchiladas with Caramel Sprinkles! I’m not even kidding!

Well, as you will see, they clothed really wonderful. they seem almost too good to eat! These would even be really good served as a holiday dessert. I mean they have a fall vibe and I know everyone would agree how delicious they are. Just make sure you make enough because they will be quite popular!

There’s no feeling quite as blissful as your first bite of one of these cookies. The shortbread-like dough, studded with chopped nuts, bakes to a texture that’s beautifully sandy and crumbly, never drying out or falling apart.   • 1 cup butter, softened 1/2 cup sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour Gold Medal 3/4 cup finely chopped walnuts 1/4 teaspoon salt Powdered sugar Steps
  • 1 Preheat oven to 400°F. 2 during an outsized bowl, combine the butter, 1/2 cup of the sugar, and thus the vanilla. Mix within the flour, nuts and salt until the dough holds together.
  • 3 Shape the dough into 1-inch balls. Place about 1 inch apart on an ungreased baking sheet.
  • 4Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until set but not browned. Remove from cookware. Cool slightly on a wire rack.
  • 5 Roll warm cookies in powdered sugar; cool on a wire rack. Roll again in sugar

SERIOUSLY EASY SYN FREE NO BAKE BERRY CHEESECAKE

I’m talking some creamy, soft, delicious, creamy cheesecake, not a fluffy jelly on a dry base, which is unfortunately often the way Slimming World cheesecake goes!

I made this completely Sync Free Cheesecake for my tasting night at Slimming World within the week and I have to say it turned out really well… I want to be even surprised at how delicious it was and I made it! Obviously, once I say sync free, it is not without a little caveat that you’ll be using your healthy extra B’s and only a third of your healthy extra A’s per slice… but that’s a very small price to pay for a proper cheesecake!

I’m unsure I can stress enough that this is not a cheesecake-based jelly, which honestly was my last cheesecake, this one is made with cream cheese and cottage cheese (which you can’t taste, I promise!). a daily full fat cheesecake is formed with cream cheese and cream, so this is often often probably as close as you’ll get unless some genius invents a fat free cream soon!

Cheesecake are some things that took me an extended time to be honest, which I couldn’t eat it for most of my life because, to be honest, the words “cheese” and “cake” sounded disgusting together. It wasn’t until i attempted the cheese frosting for the primary time (YUM!) that I realized I was crazy and it wasn’t like my cake was supposed to be filled with Stilton!
