Dosage
The daily dose is 2 ml. We recommend adding reishi to your evening routine. for instance , take reishi approximately 1 hour before bedtime. The pipette is full directly under the tongue or, for instance , in cocoa , tea, smoothies.
Use sublingually by placing under the tongue and swallowing. Or increase tea, smoothies or recipes. In 30 ml vials, 1 full pipette is adequate to 0.6 ml, and in 50 ml vials, 1 full pipette is 1 ml. Because our extracts are strong, we recommend taking every week break after every 3 months of use.
The maximum daily dose is 2 ml. don’t exceed the indicated recommended daily dose. Food supplements shouldn’t be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Store out of the reach of youngsters in a cool, dry place. Not in pregnancy or in children.
